- 1 oz 'Shmallow
- 1 oz Orangecello
- .75oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
Instructions:
- In a shaker tin, combine ‘Shmallow, Orangecello, simple syrup, egg white, and orange bitters.
- Shake tin vigorously until contents are foamy.
- Open tin and add ice. Shake again until chilled.
- Double strain up into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with orange swath.
- Vegan Option: Aquafaba can be used in lieu of Egg Whites for a vegan friendly recipe.
